Step 1 – Acquire Registration and Investment Form

Forms are available from the following sources:

Step 2 – Completing the required forms

First time investors need to complete Registration Form and Investment Form. For all additional investments only the Investment Form has to be completed.

Documents (as applicable) to be submitted along with forms are as follows:

For Individuals

  • Copy of CNIC and Zakat declaration (if any) for principal account holder
  • Copies of CNIC and zakat declaration (if any) of joint account holders
  • Copies of CNIC and zakat declaration (if any) of nominee (s)

For Institutions

  • Memorandum and Articles of Association/ Bye Laws/ Trust Deed
  • Copies of CNIC of all authorized signatories
  • Board resolution authorizing investment and signatories
  • NTN certificate
  • Tax exemption, if any

Step 3 – Payment Instructions

Payment for units can be made in the form of cheque, pay order, demand draft, etc. payable to ‘CDC Trustee KASB Funds’ and crossed Account Payee only.

Cash is not accepted as a mode of payment.

Step 4 – Submitting the Forms

Forms, payments and all required documents can be submitted/ mailed to any branch of KASB Bank or sent directly to KASB Funds Limited at:

5th Floor, Trade Centre
I.I. Chundrigar Road
Karachi

Investors should receive an acknowledgment from KASB Funds within 10 working days of investment. In case of non-receipt of acknowledgment within the specified time period, kindly contact KASB Funds immediately.
