The Modaraba is functioning under the Board of Directors of KASB INVEST (Private) Limited, which comprises of four Directors including the Chief Executive Officer:
Waseem Haqqie (Chairman)

Mr. Waseem Haqqie is a qualified Chartered Accountant having diversified experience in Pakistan and Middle East in public and private sectors, including senior management positions in the automobile industry as Chairman, CEO, COO and CFO, and as Chairman of several Government Organizations.
As a chairman of Board of Investment Pakistan, he was actively involved in framing investments and economic policies of Pakistan: focused on increasing foreign direct investments.
He has also been a member of several Government Cabinet Committees, including Economic Coordination Committee of the Cabinet, Cabinet Committee on Privatization and Cabinet Committee of Investment.
Abid Aziz Merchant (Chief Executive)

Abid Aziz Merchant joined KASB Modaraba as CEO on February 1, 2013. Prior to joining KASB Modaraba, he was associated with KASB Bank as Group Head - Operations, Financial Institutions & Trade since January 2, 2012. Mr. Merchant brings with him 20 years of banking experience that includes four plus years experience as Head – Financial Institutions, International Banking and Centralized Operations at KASB Bank during 2003-2007. His last assignment prior to rejoining KASB Bank on January 2, 2012 was as General Manager at Mashreqbank psc (2007-2011) where he was responsible for their Institutional Banking Business in Pakistan.
Mr. Mir Mujahid Ali Khan (Director)

Mr. Mir Mujahid Ali Khan has vast experience of over 40 years in the banking sector. He started his banking career with Habib Bank Limited in 1965, his assignments during his 15 years stay in the Bank related mostly to credit and foreign trade. He worked with Middle East Bank, Karachi from October 1981 to December 1991 as Manager and subsequently as Senior Manager of Karachi Branch of the Bank.
In June, 1992, He moved to Askari Commercial Bank Limited as Vice President and rose in the corporate ladder to the position of Senior Executive Vice President in July, 2003.
Mr. Khan joined KASB Bank Limited in October, 2005 as Group Head, Credit Risk and Marketing Division.
Syed Mohammad Rahmanullah (Director)

Syed Mohammad Rahmanullah is 56 years old and holds a commerce degree from the University of Karachi. He has vast experience in the financial sector. He was member of Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE) from 1980 to 1999. Further he has also been four times elected director of KSE. He was also on the Boards of KASB Funds Limited and Network Microfinance Bank Limited.
