You can now enjoy the ease of submitting your transaction requests by sitting in the comfort of your house or office, at your convenient time, through our Online Transaction Request Service (OTRS). You will therefore not be required to visit a KASB Funds distribution branch and fill up any physical application forms.

To utilize this service, all you need to do is to log-in to your Online Account and you will be able to submit request for the following transactions, online;

  • Conversion of units from one fund to another
  • Redemption of units

We will introduce additional and more innovative options in near future for our valued investors.

Subscribing for Online Transaction Request Service (OTRS)

  • log in to your Online Investor Account
  • click on the e-Transaction Subscription form link, fill in the desired information and click the accept & subscribe button to obtain the verification code
  • enter the verification code and click the submit button
  • log out and re-log in to your online account to activate the OTRS

Submitting e-Transaction Request

  • log in to your Online Investor Account
  • click on the e-Transaction Request link which you would like to submit
  • fill out the transaction details in the e-Transaction Request Form
  • once you have submitted your transaction request, a confirmation email will be sent on your registered email address
  • your transaction will reflect in your Statement of Account once it has been processed

NOTE

  • Only our existing Individual Investors who have provided a valid Computerized National Identity Card Number and E-Mail address can subscribe to this service.
  • This facility is ONLY available for those investors of KASB Funds Ltd who are operating either a Single Account or a Joint Account with Operating Instructions of “Anyone”.
  • If you have Not provided or wish to change the said details, kindly download our Change in Account Information Form KFL-07, fill up the necessary details and submit the same at your nearest KASB Funds Distribution branch.
  • If you have lost or forgotten the login details for your Online Account, please send a reset password request at funds.ir@kasb.com
