Mr. Robert John Richard Owen - Chairman

Mr. Owen has over 32 years experience of the financial services industry and currently holds board memberships and equivalent positions in various entities internationally. He is the Chairman of Crosby Asset Management Inc and Chairman of the International Securities Consultancy Limited. He is also a Board member of the Dubai Financial Services Authority, Singapore Exchange Limited and Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited. His previous positions include Executive Chairman of the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong, Deputy Chairman of Nomura Asia Holdings Limited and Member of Council and Regulatory Board of Lloyds of London. He had also served as a Chairman and Chief Executive of Lloyds Merchant Bank Limited, as well as Director of Investment Banking for the Lloyds Bank Group.

Mr. Owen did his graduation with first class honours from Oxford University, United Kingdom.

Ms. Naz Khan – CEO

Ms. Khan’s association with KASB Group spans over 18 years. During this tenure, she has had extensive exposure to the primary and secondary markets for securities. Prior to her current position as CEO of KASB Funds Limited, she has also been an Executive Director, Head of Money Market and Fixed Income, Head of Investment Advisory Division and Co-Head of Investment Banking Division of KASB Securities Ltd.

Ms. Khan has also worked as a consultant for the Asian Development Bank on Mortgage Backed Securities. She is a graduate from Mount Holyoke College, MA, USA.

Syed Muhammad Rehmanullah

Mr. Rehmanullah has over three decade experience of the capital markets of Pakistan. He had served four times as an elected director of the Karachi Stock Exchange (Guarantee) Limited and also remained a member of its various committees.

Mr. Rehmanullah is also serving as a director on the Board of Directors of Network Microfinance Bank Limited and KASB Modaraba Management Company (Pvt.) Limited. He is commerce Graduate from the Government Commerce College, Karachi.

Mr. Muzzafar Ali Shah Bukhari

Mr. Bukhari comes from an investment banking background and possesses good understanding of local and international capital markets. Mr. Bukhari is also the Managing Director of KASB Group and has been instrumental in some major transactions and regional expansions for the Group. He has also worked with UBS Investment Bank, New York and Amaranth Advisors, Singapore.

Mr. Bukhari graduated Magna Cum laude from Northwestern University with a Bachelors Degree in Economics and has attended various courses at prestigious institutions including Harvard Business School, Kellogg School of Management and Babson College. He is also a CFA level III candidate.
